The Flying Bull version in the TE range is designed to meet the strictest requirements in straight, tilted, and rounded edge processing. Flying Bull horizontal edge polisher In a relatively small space (1.8x1.8x4.9 m) you have an extraordinary combination of technique, versatility, reliability and design. A pneumatic/mechanical calibrator at the inlet allows performing: front and thickness calibration, shaping with profiled tools, drip cutting, tilted cutting and smoothing. Two 45° units carry out the chamfering the rough-shaping for the tare. The central group consists of 6 units: the first one foraping, the others for polishing the edge, all fitted with universal cup grinding wheels, excluding the use of shaped diamond tools. This group is also outstanding for the exclusive and thoroughly tested system of the pendulum movement driven by an inverter, and for its special lever mechanisms fitted on non-lubricated bearings. A highly versatile 0°-90° tilting multifunction (optional) unit may be fitted at the outlet to make (straight and tilted) cuts, bush hammering, shaping, smoothing, etc... In a more sophisticated and performing version, the machine may be controlled from a touch screen (optional) that enables automatic programming, setup and monitoring of any process. The innovative design combined with the wide fiberglass and stainless steel safety guards enable easy access to the interiors, making the setup a very quick operation.
