The main positioning operations and the shaping of the torus, according to the thickness concerned, have been automated so that the machine is extremely simple to use. The shaping of the torus is carried out on any thickness, by the first spindle at a fixed setting, completely eliminating the use of a grinding wheel for shaping. The lever mechanism, precise and silent, not being subjected to wear, guarantees a long life.
